Satisfy your curiosity in historical sights, museums and galleries, stroll through the picturesque city centre, choose from an array of cultural events, concerts and performances and find out about the city’s vibrant night life. And if you need to relax after a long night, take a walk in one the most interesting European Zoos in Prague Troja or try a ride on a Prague cruiser on the Vltava River. Nothing remains but to check it out.

How to get there

Getting to Prague is really easy. You can choose to travel by plane, bus, train or car. Regardless on the mean of transport you choose, you don’t have to worry about getting lost. We organize pick-ups for our incoming students upon arrival. Just make sure you write your exact arrival date, time and place in you Application Form or send it to us via email.

Prague has only one international airport - Ruzyně Airport, which is located to the north-west of the city, about 17 km from the city centre. The airport is connected with the city by buses.

Getting around

In Prague, there are three metro lines (A, B, C). Except that you can use trams (including the centre of city) or buses (in periphery). At night, regular night transportation is available - night trams and night buses; underground is available only between 4:30 am to 0:10 am.

You can find info about tickets here. For your stay, your Contact Person will usually organize a monthly ticket for you.
