Thanks to the IFMSA you have the opportunity to do the clerkship at the medical schools abroad. Clerkships are intended for the students of general medicine. There are two categories of clerkships:
a) Research clerkships:
They are responsibilty of Standing Comitee for Research Exchange - SCORE. They are organized in two categories: as a projects with labwork or without it. You can apply fot this clerkship since the second year. Person responsible for these clerkships at our faculty is Local Officer on Research Exchange - LORE Jiřina Kafková.
b) Clinical clerkships:
They are responsibility of Standing Comitee for Proffesional Exchange - SCOPE. Anyone who studies 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th year can do this clerkship. Person responisble for these clerkships at our faculty is Local Officer on proffesional Exchange - LEO Tomas Hauer.
Conditions we use for clerkships allocation:
These are criteria for bilateral clerkships (one student in / one out). Bilateral clerkships are very advantageous(financially) for you but there is obviously huge interest in them. Therefore we use language test and other criteria to decide who gets the clerkship and who does not:
1) Language test: max. 55%
2) IFMSA and Motolak activities: max. 30%
3) Research and educational activities: max. 15%
Language test:
Is made by professionals on MEDICAL ENGLISH. This year, the test consists of two parts: MEDICAL ENGLISH and GRAMMAR.

In case you do some research or teach the younger students at faculty (anatomy, etc...) and you want to get the bonification, please bring us the confirmation from the departments (write there what exactly you do! ) signed by the head of department.
