HOW TO GET TO HRADEC KRALOVE

International Airport Praha-Ruzyne is the air gateway to the Czech Republic. To get from Prague to Hradec, it is possible to take both train (from the main railway station - HLAVNI NADRAZI)and bus (from the main bus station FLORENC).

From Airport to Prague
There are many options for getting to and from Prague Airport. You have a choice between personal transport solutions, private shuttle services, taxis or public bus services.

• Private hire taxis are provided by the airports official partner, FIX TAXI, guaranteeing a fast and comfortable journey just to anywhere in Prague. A journey to the city centre costs anything from 120 to 770 Czech crowns depending on your destination
  
• Public transport buses stop directly in front of the entrance/exit of terminals. Bus 119 leaves every 10 minutes from 4.30 am until 11.30 pm operating to and from nearest tube station Dejvicka, last stop of the bus No. 119 (called green line or A, undergound- ,,METRO"). The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Once on a bus, do not forget to use a 20 crown public transport ticket, which can be purchased at the yellow ticket machine on the bus stop platform.
  

Take this line A up to the crossing with line C (MUZEUM station) and change to line C in direction to FLORENC station.
The first stop in this direction is HLAVNI NADRAZI = Main railway station.
The second station after "HLAVNI NÁDRAZI" is bus station FLORENC. When you get off at the station FLORENC, take the first turn right (designated AUTOBUSOVE NADRAZI ODJEZDY AUTOBUSU) and you will come directly to the bus station platforms (most buses heading for Hradec Kralove leave from platform No. 14).

From Prague to Hradec Kralove
It takes about 1.50 hour both by train and bus to Hradec Kralove.
Both the railway station and the bus station in Hradec Kralove are right in the center of the town, opposite to Hotel Amber.
